I wasn't notified when my phone repair was done and ready to pick up. I called to find out when it would be done 3 days past when I was expecting it to be done. When I went in to pick it up it took over ten minutes for someone to come out form the back to greet me. The conversation about many different fantasy worlds that they enjoyed was not that informative. If I had been made to wait while hearing about little known lore it may have been worth it. Some one thought they were smarter than they were and need to study up. Phone works fine
We made an appointment using the online process (which promises 10% off). First off, it did not allow you to chose more than one repair per appointment. Second, when we took the iPads (2) in for their repair, they informed us they couldn't do the work. When you sign up, you specify the model of your machine. They should have known that they didn't have the needed parts to repair our iPads, prior to our arrival. Someone should have contacted us and informed us before we drove 3.5 hours to have these repairs made. I would not recommend this store, unless you live nearby and don't mind multiple trips.
Great friendly service! They replaced the screen on my iphone in just a couple hours. Saved me a ton of $$ by not having to buy a new phone. They also recommended a new battery which I am confident I needed.
Fantastic crew who works there and understanding people when I showed up today then10/18/20 a military vet was in the store I got to witness him being thanked for his service what a true blessing
I was able to get an appointment 30 minutes after I initially looked the place up. The team was super professional and nice. They fixed my phone in less than an hour! Very impressed !!
