ElectriCool came out to satisfy some 'home inspection' requirements for the sale of our condo (which required remediation from a certified electrician).nnThe electrician was good, quick, prompt, and personable. We received top-notch service at a reasonable price.

When my whole house generator failed to run it's weekly test cycle I attempted to get it service but was not successful. I had a mechanic, a plumber and a generator service company all point to the solenoid fuel value as the problem. The generator service company could not find a replace value after three weeks. I contacted Tyler at ElectriCool. He was very professional and personable right from the start. He made the trip to Lorain County to service the unit. We discussed what maintenance that was done on the unit over the years and he proceeded to get to work. He determine the problem was the control panel and not the value, had I replaced the value the unit would still not run. Tyler completed the repairs, did a complete maintenance and tested the unit. He explained a great deal more about operating and maintaining the unit then I received from the installer.nI highly recommend Tyler at ElectiCool as he is very personable and professional. I plan to use ElectiCool in the future.

Tyler was such a pleasure to work with! I called him needing some electrical work completed and he was able to get me in the very next morning! He gave me a quote and after looking into what he needed to do it was actually $200 less! I was very pleased with how professional and polite he was! Would highly recommend him and will be using him in the future!

Tyler is very knowledgeable and timely. We recently purchased an older home in Akron that needed knob and tube up to date with electrical standards. Without complaints, Tyler helped us in replacing nearly 85% of the homes electrical, advised us on electrical placement and decisions during our remodel, and provided new lighting options, smoke/CO2 alarms, the works. We feel so fortunate to know him!
