Was a terrible experience. Recently had my tires rotated. They ruined the sensors on 2018 tundra. Told us the sensors would work when we drove vehicle. Terrible customer service with no desire to ensure our vehicle was fixed. Will never return and if in Rapid City I would encourage all customers to avoid this shop. .
I'd give a zero if I could. Stood in line while he only helped people on the phone ignoring the people inside. When he did help me he told me to take my own tire off my trailer or they couldn't help. Went to the Bargain barn down the street. Had no problems. Do not go to Firestone.
Made an appointment for 3:00 for an oil change. Dropped my car off half an hour early at 2.30. the lady at the counter asked if I wanted the fluid levels checked and I said yes. Waited for nearly two and half hours!! Finally at 4.50 they drive my car to the front and I paid for the oil change. I asked how my fluid levels looked and I was told they didn't check because they were running behind. The lady at the desk was polite and friendly otherwise it would be 1 star review.
These guys are great. I'm always here for my alignment, tire stuff, and even more intermediate car stuff. I've worked with them from imports to domestic cars. Roy, Peggy, and all the guys here have been great to me and followed through.
Great service that was fast and friendly. They tried to save the tire before we had to settle on replacing. In that, I felt like they were really watching out for me and my wallet.nnThank you, Firestone!
