Went in today to get a haircut. All I asked for was a 2 on the sides and finger length on top. Instead of blending my hair on the sides she literally blended on top of my head. It's honestly the worst haircut of my life! Her clippers was yanking my hair on the sides. I can see small areas where it made my hair shorter on the sides and it looks really bad. She said she was having trouble with them all day and instead of just using good clippers from the very beginning she decided to use my hair to experiment! It so ridiculous that places like this hire these types of people! You basically have to flip a coin if you're going to get someone professional or not and it shouldn't be like that! I didn't want to tip her but the screen wasn't allowing me to click next so I basically had to give her a dollar and she didn't deserve a penny! Go somewhere else!!!!
Staff is great and usually not a long wait for a walk in. This places goes above and beyond a hair cut
