Incredibly rude pharmacy staff. I was in the middle of a question when they called to inform me that they are out of a medication that my son takes & the lady hung up on me. I called back & had to go through a whole process & they just said “Well, she said she didn’t know you were talking” No apology. I asked if I would be informed when the medication was in, and she snapped that I was just going to have to keep calling because they can’t keep track of everyone. If they are in charge of medication that determines people’s life & wellness, why aren’t they keeping track? This is after a few months ago (height of COVID scare) that the clerk at the drive up yelled “That’s what she said!” In the mic when I pulled up. She was very apologetic & I chalked it up to a genuine mistake, but they are proving themselves to be incredibly unprofessional.

Incompetent. Supposed to be on auto refill for scrips. They're never ready. Staff has no clue. This happens ALL the time. Go elsewhere for prescriptions.

This is my favorite cvs store. The cashiers are super friendly and helpful!

Went here since it opened this is where we got all my grandmas medication and diapers. She used to love going into the candy section and picking 20 pieces to eat and give to the dog. Sadly my Grandma died last week and this store will always be close to my heart. This is for you Grandma Linn!

The pharmacy staff at this location are the rudest most incompetent pharmacy staff I have ever delt with in my life.....
