We drove through here from out-of-state and had an amazing experience here with the team. We had a light come up on our BMW a little past 5pm, and we rolled in to see if they can help, and in true Ohio fashion, they not only helped us, they answered our questions, and gave us water for the road! They truly embodied the warm BMW culture and showed us Ohioan hospitality. Highly recommend them, and thank you team!

I will ABSOLUTELY not ever come back to this place for my BMW. Talking on the phone to get information about my vehicle, very rude and nasty with me. Coming into the place to receive my car, I wasn’t greeted but escorted out of their office, while motioning for me to get out, like I was some kind of pest. They’re the rudest place I’ve gone to and I’ll be going to another Cain BMW for my service because the one in Canton sucks. Treat your customers better!!

I had a great experience with Mark Cosentino purchasing a preowned vehicle. He was very honest about the condition of the car and super easy to work with. Several weeks after purchasing, I had questions about how a few items worked and he took time to make sure I was comfortable with everything. I would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Cain BMW with purchasing my new (well new to me) vehicle. Paul my salesman was able to answer all my questions before I made the 2 1/2 hour drive to look at the vehicle. James in finance was helpful in going over all the numbers (internet rates and monthly payment). They were very courteous and I would recommend this dealership.

No pressure at all and very respectful. Even though we didn't purchase the most expensive vehicle, we were treated like we did. Paul and James were great to work with!
