Veronica is terrific, I have always got my vehicles from her.
I would not recommend getting a car there we have had nothing but problems with the vehicle. We had to give it an oil change when we first bought it, wind shield wipers and we had a flat tire. Then we had to taken it for a patch for the water pump within the first week because it was going to cost $450. Also, a new ac, a new heater, etc. Costing $1800. And now they are saying it needs a new fuel pump and possibly a new belt; the parts alone are going to cost over $500. We asked if there was a way we could trade it out and they said not until you only owe $3000 so needless to say i have drove the car for a total of 3 months since we got it and it has been in a shop or sitting to get fixed for months. I am not a satisfied customer and i will definitely not recommend them to anyone and they way over price cars!
Veronica was awesome!! She found ne the exact car I wanted and I love it!
The car’s check engine light came on the day we got it and we have had problems ever since! We try to resolve the issues and the customer service has been non existent. You email no answer, you call they Conveniently are unavailable every time, there of course is no answering machine either. Could not have been more disappointed in this business. After our horrific experience I am hearing quite a lot of other people have had similar experiences. If there was an option to give zero stars it would be zero. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
