Great place for oil changes. Other services are over priced as you would expect from most dealerships.
I went there with a voucher from JAFAS, which is intended for critical areas. I know my vehicle needed additional work which is why I planned on spending additional amount to cover other cost. I have a nice vehicle and wanted it to be back to tiptop condition . Tires was their suggestion, so I asked them to save a tire for me to use as a spare. I told multiple employees. My tires weren’t bad at all I really didn’t want new tires, but I agreed. I asked them to fix my right side mirror, I would think that’s critical, and my front end which was completely broken down from a recent accident. Well when I got the call to pick up my vehicle I was completely disappointed to say the least. They couldn’t find my spare tire. They said, “sorry there’s nothing we can do, we don’t have one that can fit your vehicle or know where yours is.” As for the side mirror. All they did was push it back up. It’s still cracked and still has a dark tent because of the damage to the electronics in it. The front end is horrific. All they did was lift it and hold it in place with zip ties. My front end looks like it has stitches. My front end sensors go off randomly. With their repair I drove away with my vehicle looking ratchet, messy, or trashy whatever term you like. I’m in shock. They lost good tires, did street quality repairs, and sent me on my way, with Zero options! If I could give less than one star I would.
Wow is all I can say!! I bought 2 cars from here a few years back. Since then I have traded them in. I bought extended warranty on both cars plus gap. I have sent paper work and emails to everyone they have told me to for last 7 months. I have talked to just about every manager there atleast 3 times..mainly because the don't shower or return ur calls. So 6 months later I recieved 1 check for one car after alot of complaining. Now I have been back at this for about 2 months no return calls no check etc. We are talking about 1k plus. Just know that when you buy a car here and trade it in and want ur money back that is owed to you be ready for the biggest run around you have ever had to deal with.. oh and I hope they see this and call to let me know when I will be receiving my check
My husband and I leased a Lincoln Corsair and purchased an Aviator with the assistance of Stephen. We had some challenging and unique logistical hurdles to overcome, that the whole team handled with absolute ease and care. Previous to working with Stephen and the Reineke team we had visited 3 other dealerships and I can say that their was no comparison in the experience between Reineke and the others. The process was so transparent and I felt at ease and confident in the integrity of the people I was working with. Stephen was very good at truly listening and understanding his customer and our needs both long and short term. He is very adept at reading the cues of others and can shift his style to give each customer their personal best and most comfortable experience. That is a true talent! He has been very proactive in making sure we are happy with the vehicles after purchase and that we are able to utilize all the great features as well. Amanda in finance also did a great job and was very detailed, accommodating, flexible and kind. You can tell this team stands behind the quality of the product they are selling and want to do their best work for their customers.
The service department doesnt return calls in a timely manner..for no one to answer and to have to leave a message and then they dont have enough respect to return your call is a big no no...I wont recommend service dept to anyone. 2 calls later and nothing..if they are that short handed then hire a phone receptionist .
