Wow! What a great experience purchasing a vehicle at Buds Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram !! Everyone was so nice and treated us like family!! Will definitely be back to do business again! From the initial phone call to driving away every aspect was top notch! Can't say that about many dealers but this one tops them all!!

This was the best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle! Hands down one of the most amazing car dealers in today’s world! Mark Baker was exceptional in answering questions and setting up a timely buying experience! He was able to deal directly with me and it did not require long visits in a room with a manager. There was no undue pressure from any of the staff. This experience was how sales should be in my opinion. If you are in the market for a vehicle, and they have what you want, I promise you will be delighted by the process at Bud’s Chrysler!

I live in Michigan 200 plus miles from Buds , I found the Jeep I wanted on the internet called Mark Baker and he pretty much took care of the rest , easiest purchase I've ever made , I called on Saturday and had the Jeep in my driveway Thursday and this was in the middle of the worst snow we've had in years .Mark was great and easy to talk to and was on top of everything. I am very happy with the entire process and would call them again before any dealer .

He was extremely helpful...answered all of my questions, very upfront, showed and demonstrated how everything worked in the vehicle (literally went over everything) I was interested in! Very knowledgeable and professional! Everyone at Bud’s was very friendly! Even other salesmen congratulated me on my new purchase! Jordan went above and beyond and made the buying process easy as possible without any pressure! I am now a owner of a certified 2016 Dodge Journey STX!
