First time ordering here in over a year and it will be our last. Placed an order at 7:44. Was told it would be an hour. Called after an hour of it not arriving, they said it was in the car on its way and should be there in 20-25 minutes. After a half hour, nothing. Called back - lady said that the order was still in the store and had been sitting there ready for over an hour. So it wasn’t “on its way” like I was told earlier?nnI totally understand being busy (working retail) but acting like it’s funny on the phone is so unprofessional. This place is completely unorganized and needs some help on customer service. Looking at the other reviews, it appears this happens often. But hey, at least we got our refund. *eye-roll*

Every pizza I have ordered has been sealed.and left.on a chair on my porch. Their pizzas are hot, fresh, and very good! Also easy ordering online...easy. No frustration. Great pizza....love it

Food is great, service was ok. You can tell they are spread very thin, not their fault and they did their best to make up for it. I was disappointed that only one employee was wearing a hair net.

All in all I love this place. Great food, service and delivery. I would give 5 stars but, I am not a fan of certain app hiccups. One for example, from the time I downloaded and ordered my first pizza up until the day I ordered the pizza that earned me my freebie I was receiving pretty annoying notifications. Granted I can/could turn this feature off but, why did they come to a abrupt stop once I earned my free pizza? Just a low ball act if you ask me. But, as stated earlier, I love everything else.
