I asked for someone to come out and check a bad breaker. The technician came out right away, and suggested a new breaker box and system upgrades. I asked for an estimate, and he said he would get one to me by the middle of the following week. When the estimate did not arrive, I called the office and told the person I talked to that I didn't get my estimate as promised, and that I was still interested, and asked for the estimate to be sent. She told me she would contact the technician that day and remind him to send me the estimate. It still never came. I emailed the company several weeks later, and asked for the estimate once again. I still haven't received the estimate. I applaud them for being so rich they can turn down business and drive customers away, but if you are one of the customers they decide to service, be prepared to be frustrated because they will not stay in contact with you.

They did a great job. I had a lot of work done, and the guys recommended several changes during the course of their work to correct unexpected issues created by work done by the previous owners. They are going to be back to finish one last item that falls into the unexpected issues category.

We had Owens Electric do some work on our previous house updating and correcting some electrical issues inside and outdoors, installing GFCI outlets, and replacing light fixtures among other things. We were pleased with all of their work. The technician they sent out was friendly, helpful, and he got everything done in a timely manner. I didn't hesitate to call them again now that we are in need of some updates at our current home.
