On two separate occasions, 6 years apart, my husband applied for a car loan. Both times we were in dire need. Both times we didn't even receive an acknowledgement of the application. No calls. No emails. Nothing. Yes, both times we were having some kind of credit issue. Nothing catastrophic. They claim to be able to work with just about anyone. Clearly, that is not the case. Regardless, they should at least have the decency to let someone know that they are not going to be able to work with them. Apparently, professionalism is not their strong suit. As a result, my husband and I will never do business with them. Even if they are the only ones in town with the car we want. We will travel however far to purchase that vehicle from someone else.
