We had a great ride! The weather was beautiful and our guide was awesome! The horses were well trained and cared for. We have horses and I ride often but my husband does not. We both enjoyed it and would do it again! ud83dude00❤ufe0fud83dudc34

This was our second year in a row at Palmer Gulch stables. Even though we stayed in the northern hills this year, we came down specifically for horseback riding here. The horses are treated well, the stables are wonderful and the scenes are outstanding. This year, our guide, Taylor, was wonderful as well! She had great insight and got a long great with our three elementary-aged daughters. Highly recommend - our go-to place for horseback riding in the Black Hills!

We attended the cowboy cookout via some beautiful sweet horses from this stable. They start by pairing you with a horse that matches your experience as a rider. All of them were super friendly and sweet. The ride was fun, the tour guide was funny and friendly and the views on the way to the cookout are beautiful. We all talk about how exciting it was to ride up to the cookout. The food was delicious accompanied by some country tunes sung by cowboys Paul Larson and Donley Hewett. The beans alone are the cherry on top. Specially if you are a foodie! Best beans I’ve ever had. We chose to do this for our daughters birthdays and we all agree this was one of the top highlights of the trip. We plan to make this an annual trip. I would recommend everyone check this experience out. You won’t be disappointed!

Wow! What a great experience all around! Everyone was very positive and accommodating! Liz was our trail guide. She was so friendly and interactive with everyone!nnMy sister and I rode on the keystone trail which was very beautiful and also relaxing. We were initially mildly concerned that it would get really hot but despite the temperature being in the low 80's, the tree cover overhead created some nice shade.nnWe'll definitely be coming back another time to ride the custer trail! Thank you for the wonderful memory!!!

My daughters and I used to show Quarter horses. The horses they use are very well taken care of. They also match the horse to you. Unfortunately I experienced a diabetic incident right after I mounted. The He told his mom that the ride was his favorite part of the time. Highly recommend Thank you for giving my grandson a great time.staff was immediately there to assist me off. My grandson continued on the trail ride.
