Do NOT buy vehicles from this dealership. They do not warranty the warranty work from Ford. I’ve bought two trucks from these guys. Was always great. Unfortunately the service manager has since changed that. Took my 2018 F250 there for ticking in the engine. Called and said it’s normal! Will not spend another 50K with these people. On to the next.

Now days they can’t fix anything with out a error code. Brought my truck in for ticking in the engine. Nothin they will do. Purchased extended warranty. They say it’s normal. I’ve never heard a ticking engine that was “normal”. Service manager is completely incompetent in mechanics. I’ve made 3 trips there. The second time the tech came out and said there was something wrong with it. Manager Mike called today and said there’s nothing they can figure out. Let’s make this place famous for there standard in the service dept. Buyers beware of this place once they make the sale!!!!!

I like the sales person that my daughter is dealing with. I might be in back in the summer when the Ford Broncos full size are out.

I was looking for a specific car for over 6 months. Found it on line and called the dealership. I live 2 hours away in Indiana so I was concerned that they wouldn’t hold it for me, but they did. If I could give 0 stars i would this is the worst place I have ever taken my vehicle to get work done. First off I dropped it off for recall work and asked while I was dropping it off what is would cost to get a second key made I was quoted $250. When I went to pick it up I was charged $360 and they made the excuess that the price quoted was just for the key itself, then I get into my car and pulled away and i noticed that money I had in my car was out in clear view on my passenger seat, and then I looked down at my gas gage and notice 1/4 of a tank of gas was missing from what it was when I dropped it off. I proceeded to call the dealership and was met with stammering and half hearted apologies from the manager. No offfer was made to make it right. Need less to say I will never be going back.
