RCD RV Supercenter

We traveled to RCD RV to see the 2021 Cougar 22MLS. This was a new floor plan from Keystone, and RCD was the closest dealer to our residence that had this unit in stock. Although we live 250 miles away, we really wanted to see this travel trailer. Our plan was to check out the unit, and if we liked it, return to our local dealer and place an order.nOur salesman, Ben, was very helpful and very knowledgeable of his products. We described our trade to him,, and he encouraged us to get numbers for a trade since we had traveled so far to see it. He was not at all pushy, so we decided to listen to what he had to say. We were able to agree to a very fair and equitable deal.nThe entire process was very relaxed. All of the employees at RCD were very friendly, and they made us feel welcome at the dealership.nWe were able to purchase the travel trailer we wanted, and the entire process was very pleasant. Great customer care along with all our questions asked. They certainly made you feel special down to the final purchase. It was our first buy so they were very patient with our hang ups. All were very knowledgeable and made you feel like part of the RV family. It was kinda cool actually. Would definitely buy from them again.

My wife and I were generally interested in a used RV, but had really just begun to look. We saw one listed at RCD RV that seemed like it fit into our budget so we contacted them, set up an appointment, and went through the RV. The salesman, Brian, was not the least bit pushy, and in fact, he was pointing out things to us about the unit we looked at that we hadn't seen. As it turns out, that particular RV would have ended up being a project vehicle - not projects I wanted to do but instead projects I would have had to do.nnWhen we told Brian we were no longer interested, he asked us if we would look at the RV parked in the next space over. I saw that one online and wasn't interested because it was a few years older, but we agreed and it turned out to be exactly what we were interested in. Even though it was a few years older, the RV was in almost immaculate condition - well taken care of and actually had fewer miles than the first one we looked at. Brian was by no means forceful in the transaction, which made us feel better about looking at it. He was quite knowledgeable and was willing to answer (or get answers) to any questions we had.nnWhile we were somewhat time crunched on our first visit, Brian told us to give him a call if we wanted to come back and take it on a test drive. We did call him back - he didn't call us. We took the test drive and the rest is history. We now own a beautiful, 2001 Country Coach Allure 40' Allure with dual slides.nnMy only comment/concern I had overall is the use of gaiter face masks. While all the employees were wearing face masks and the sign on the door indicates that they are required, information on the news indicates that the gaiter masks are not very effective. I suppose I could have asked for them to wear the more effective disposable mask, but I didn't. We also kept our distance to keep safe.

We stumbled upon RCD after spending weeks looking at RV dealerships. This was the most family oriented, friendly place we had been! George took great care of us and really listened to us and opened our eyes to the possibilities. We signed papers the next week to our class A motorhome! Everyone was amazing and very attentive to us and they really will have our business from now on and I will refer anyone looking to go there first!

RCD RV Supercenter provided excellent service before AND after the sale. The staff was prompt in answering questions before our Pleasure Way Tofino camper-van arrived; kept us up to date; and thoroughly explained how our equipment worked before we drove it off the lot. Employees continue to be responsive and helpful as we continue to learn about our new home on wheels.
