My friend went there to buy a certain vehicle but was conned into buying a different one, as is. The one he was sold did not have a working heater. He took it back 2 days after he bought it. It cost $700 to get it fixed only to find out the head gasket was blown and it would cost $1700 to get it fixed. He told them he didn’t want the vehicle. They told him he bought it as is. He did a friendly surrender. Which means they are going to auction the vehicle and he has to pay the remaining balance.nIs this the kind of dealership you would wast to buy a vehicle from?

I got a 2013 Jeep Patriot from them in August 2020 dealing with a guy named Ed who knew absolutely nothing and only wanted his commission on selling me my car. 2days after purchase my check engine light comes on and they say it could be something minor, they reset the sensor and it came right back on. Early December of 2020 the entire car breaks down, transmission needed full replacement. I had to pay a $250 deductible thru my warranty company to replace the transmission plus another $700 in unkept maintenance. I had Jeep Deacon Jeep dealership off SOM Center Road complete the repairs and they repaired everything to perfection. Word of advise: DO NOT PURCHASE from them AT ALL. From previous reviews I see this is a reoccurring thing with vehicles purchased from them

Never buy a car from this place they sell beat up cars and try tell you the cars are great cars and the tramission has issues 4 days later and now the say there's nothing we can do STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND LIL MIKE HES A JOKE OF SALESMAN

Outstanding customer service & accommodating sales reps who made the whole process a breeze. Good condition, clean & detailed inventory-had the exact Honda Civic I was looking for! Ask for my guy Lil Mike he is spot on! The experienced mechanics also replaced the brakes on my other car. I wouldn’t go elsewhere to buy a car or get mine worked on. Thank you Northcoast Auto Direct!
