After scheduling a pickup, I received a confirmation email, but no taxi showed when the time came. I was there 10 minutes early, and waited for around 15 to 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.nNot only did I almost miss my flight, but I had to park my car at the airport, incurring a ~$200 parking fee.nI told them the exact address, description of what I would be wearing/how I look, how much baggage I would have, and the importance of being picked up on time to catch a flight.nNot only did they fail to show up, they never even gave me a phone call to check where I was, suggesting that a taxi never would have come regardless of how long I would have waited.

The best cab in Rapid City. Very friendly and professional. I had to have surgery on a day when the weather was very bad. I called City Cab told them the situation and they got me to the hospital on time. The cab itself was very clean and smelled fresh. The driver was very pleasant and easy to talk to.
