Very nice, well maintained and secure facility. Family owned and operated, they are very pleasant to work with and go out of their way to accommodate if possible! That said, they are a smaller facility so during the spring, they don’t often have much available for covered parking or smaller size storage lockers, but other than that, I would highly recommend to check with them for storage need. They are a local company and are very friendly and reasonable!
I had to store my motorcycle and trailer quickly. They accommodated me in my time of need. Excellent service.

I had a storage unit at Rushmore Storage before and appreciated the great customer service they offered. Their rates are lower than the competitors so I recommended Rushmore Storage to a friend I was helping move. I called and talked to the owner asking if he had any recommendations of people that could help with moving items into storage. When the helper wasn't able to help, the owner stepped in and helped load items into the storage asking nothing in return. That is customer care that goes way above and beyond good business and demonstrates real kindness and care for your fellow man. While working with the owner, I learned he is an Army veteran that served our country on foreign soil and his business is family owned operated and has been for generations. If you need storage, this is the place that will give you a good variety of options (climate controlled, non climate controlled, various unit sizes) at the best prices and great customer service by a veteran owned and friendly family.
