The people are fairly nice but I feel they try to take advantage of their customers. I had to get my radio screen looked at and they tried to charge me 500 bucks for a part that actually cost not even half that. And when I told them about it, he changed his tune. I have had multiple issues with the service there, one being the fact that I asked them to check my air in my tires. 2 weeks later my low pressure light came on and my tire was 10 pounds under pressure. They claimed it was the change in temperature that made it low. In only one tire? Yeah or they didn't actually check the pressure in the first place. Another issue is that I have a light out in my headlight. And they didn't know what I was talking about, so I had to take the guy outside and actually show him. I am not going back ever again.

I bought a truck off of Donnell Ford and within the first week I ran into some unforeseen issues. With a quick phone call to Gary at Donnell Ford they stood behind the truck and their word. Great people with great customer service.

I bought a car at Donnel Ford and it has been giving me car trouble from day one. They did not let me choose not one other car. It has deer damage and they got it from the back parking lot. I gave $1,000 and the car has cost me tousands to fix. They over charged me and will not help me get the deer ddamaged fixed. Mark Becker really sold me a lemon.

Super fast service. Arrived at my appt time and they had my oil change and tire rotation done in less than an hour! Reasonable cost on the work too.

Jason Murdoch and Mark Beckett are the best! Wouldn't buy vehicles anywhere else. Top notch, great people and great service.
