Denny's

Understaffed and bad service. I really hate giving bad comments I understand and can live with the fact that they’re busy and we I’ll do their best to get to a customer. I was just there a couple of minutes ago. I called to try and place a carry out no answer. I walked over to the restaurant and wasn’t even acknowledged or let known that they would get to me at least when they can. I had to grab a menu myself and waited there for about 5 minutes, out of the two employees no one e would recognized me or even said anything.nnAs I kept waiting a couple of customers walked in s also waiting to be serviced upon and same deal nothing. After a while I was “FINALLY “ acknowledged by one of the servers and asked what I wanted, when I stated what I wanted to eat the server told me it would take about 45min. I asked why do long if they weren’t even busy. Server stated because apparently the cook was swamped with orders and they were getting ready to be hit with an order of 12 customers before even putting my order. After refusing wait that long for food the customers that came after me also asked about the wait time and ended up walking out as-well. My point is this place needs better management and employees. I understand it gets busy but them not answering the phone, acknowledging customers when walking in the door or even making an effort to really try to help the customers is what disappoints me about these Denny’s Location.

It wasn't the waitress fault it is the management if they know they are busy on the weekends make sure you have enough waitress to deal with the amount of customer service that get we were there almost 2 hrs first we had to wait to be waited on at table then finally got to order then it took one hour to get our food and we weren't the only customers that had to wait for service. After that visit on Sunday I now remember why we don't go there. Like I said it was not the waitress fault they just gave her too many tables for her.

Very limited staff. Not busy. Order taken and delivered quickly. Food was hot and prepared properly. Wait-staff was polite and efficient. Three star rating due to cleanliness.

4 stars only because the waitress sucked the last time we came. She forgot some of our order and she wasn't friendly at all. A week or so before this visit, we came in for breakfast and the waitress was amazing. So maybe you need to hire new evening staff or what but I was not impressed! But I have to say Denny's is by far better then Perkins.
