You stay on hold for a very long time to try to call in a Rx for a patient. They need more help in the pharmacy or to get some one to answer the phone quicker. Working in a hospital I do not have time for this. Have heard several other nurses have the same problem. This needs fixed.

The people up front are pretty nice, but the pharmacist and the others really need to work on customer service. Very rude

Never had a problem printing pictures when it was rite aid, switch to Walgreen's and now thats changed a lot. I will probably no longer be a customer there.
