This place has went downhill!! They won’t even say your food can be over an hour wait , they just say we will get there as soon as we can !! Really ?? You can order from Texas Roadhouse and drive to Lima and be back before they can have a simple sandwich and salad delivered to you !! Then when it gets here , it’s cold or they forget stuff or didn’t make it right. What the heck is going on ?? It used to be the talked about place in town , of being GREAT! Well now it’s talked about being the worst even on Facebook !!
Consistently takes an hour and a half to get your food. No matter what day of the week it is. French fries are always cold. The once good name of Villa Nova is no more. Ridiculous to take that long for food. Never again will I be ordering from here unless they make some drastic changes in the kitchen.
I just have to say that Sarah makes the best burgers I ever had! Every juicy bite melts in your mouth! I am hooked! I appreciate you girl!
Its a tough month of food delivery from or any Carryout in this area. But twice now I've had the wrong order from Villanova carryout I didn't complain the other day about the fresh dough pizza when it was the original crust that I ordered. But tonight I ordered at 7:45 p.m. and did not receive Tacos until 8 55 pm. Tacos were soggy unappealing the burritos on the other hand were pretty good.
I got the hard tacos and there soggy and cold..
