Well I ordered 35 dollars worth of food and when I got my pizza it was cold first off. And the cheese bread not the parmesan bread did not have their sauces that I did pay for. So two bread products and no sauces. Normally that is something I can fix with sauce in my fridge. However, with just moving in that afternoon and still in packing I did not have anything at my disposal. Imagine my surprise having a cold pizza and no sauces for bread products delivered. Now that I live in the area and my love for ordering pizza it would have been a great impression if everything was hot and delivered with everything correct. Now this has happened I know where not to order pizza from. Thanks for making my decision easier.

I appreciate the late night delivery, the delivery driver was super friendly, handled the food well. I appreciate the instructions being followed on the order, the promptness, and temperature of the food was perfect. Thank you all!

Never had a problem with this location until last night. In fact, I'd post 0 stars if I had the choice, given the fact that my pizza was NEVER delivered. I ordered about 9:20 pm and the delivery tracker sent me a text saying my pizza left an hour later. I waited another hour and heard nothing. Tried calling the store and no one answered (I'm assuming they were closed).nnAfter almost 3 hours of waiting, me and my friend decided to get taco bell. I've never had this happen before through pizza service, much less Pizza Hut. Not once did I receive a callback inquiring to where I was, nothing. I called this morning and spoke to a lady who was very courteous and assured me they would take the charges off but can't believe how brazen someone must be to never deliver a pizza after you've spent over 20 dollars ordering it. I wouldn't order from this location late at night, the delivery driver will probably take off with your pizza in tow.

We order pizza often from our store. Food is always fresh and on time. We normally pick up, but decided to get delivery this time. Our driver was prompt and courteous.

Curbside pick has no functioning app feature for this store upon arrival. The store has phone with only two automated choices. If store volume is high then no one has time to answer phone. Need automation upgraded for curbside service.
