They take forever filling medicines! I will definitely be switching pharmacies. It will say they will be ready at 5 pm and you’ll go later than what you were told and it still won’t be ready. I don’t recommend this rite aid to anyone.
Jerk at counter wanted an ID for cough syrup. I’m 55 years old! Stupid store.nnGo to big lots. I found the same bottle of cough suppressant for $2.00 that rite aid sells for $11.99!
I used to use this pharmacy because I worked next door, and it was a mess. 75% of the time they did not have my prescription, and would be sent to various Rite Aids in the East Dayton area to get my prescription. When they did have my prescription it was a pleasant experience and it would be filled quickly. I have since switched to the Meijer pharmacy and they always have my prescription.
This is the only pharmacy I'll ever use.Jim is very friendly and helpful in the pharmacy as well as the rest of the staff! Highly recommended!
No drive thru and pharmaceutical crew is lazy esp. The females... They are not nice and always uncooperative. All they care about is easy money for pushing pills. I can't stand lazy people.
