I went looking for a used, reliable car and stumbled upon a 2014 Honda CRV. I spoke to Rico about it and had to leave to get more information for him. I came back the next day to finish out the process of buying this car, but apparently it was close to closing time and I told him we could come back the next day (Saturday), but he said he doesn't work until the next Tuesday and to come at 11, he promises the Honda will still be here. I show some reluctance, but he assures me it will be here and out of respect to him and being nice and giving him the sale, ill wait. Tuesday roles around and the Honda is sold. I was so upset that I told him I just wanted to go elsewhere. All he had to say was, okay. Glad that I wasn't worth your business.

This was my second vehicle I purchased at Mark Porter Ford in Jackson,OH. I appreciate the honest approach they take to selling cars. Everything is simply laid out and no hidden numbers. Wes was our salesman and was very nice,patient, and honest. The whole process was pleasant and we are very happy with our purchase of the 2020 Expedition. Ford service department is excellent!!! My car broke down close to another dealership, so I had to go there. I decided to have my car towed to Mark Porter. They had my car done two weeks faster then quoted by the other dealership. They accepted my car with no appointment and not knowing exactly what was wrong. Dusty was a great help and contacted me throughout the repair to tell me what was going on. My cars runs perfectly now. I would highly recommend.
