I can’t say enough great things about Tommy and my experience with liberty superstore. I live out of state and about 400 miles from the dealership so I had some hesitations with pursuing a vehicle so far away. It had been quite awhile since we bought a new vehicle (2008) so we visited Liberty Superstore on Omaha to check out a new Jeep Cherokee this month. Needless to say, our experience was way better than any other we have had in the past. Ty Brown was our sales guy and he was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. No pressure whatsoever. We dealt with several employees and each was focused on our needs, and answered questions to our satisfaction. We didn't even bother going someplace else to see what they had to offer. We drove away in our new Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk and it's the perfect car for us! I would totally recommend this dealership.
Took my truck in for a check engine light. The service department had it for 3 days, said they ran the computer over half a dozen times and couldn't find a problem. Took the truck somewhere else and were able to find and fix the problem in about 2 hours.
Great service, friendly staff and clean shop and showroom. Coffee, hot chocolate and cider available while waiting.
