Seems like every time I schedule an service at the dealership I end up getting the run around on when my truck will be done. Last time prior to this service I had extended services done to comply with keeping up on the warranty, I got my truck back and had to bring it back due to issues with the def system with in 20 minutes.Truck was to be done in 2 hours and ended up taking all day. This time I dropped off my truck early in the morning for a 1030AM service they were to change oil and other fluids ended up taking 5 hrs longer than should have. Service guy Jackson tried to explain and was very polite in trying to explain the situation but there is only so many times that a person can take excuses, Seems to be on a constant basis. I will have high product loyalty in what I drive but the service department makes it increasingly frustrating to believe that there is service after the sale. Yes they gave me a discount which I appreciate but for once it would be nice to have work completed on time and not have my events rearranged due to poor time management. That's why an appointment was scheduled.

Michelle was my service rep and was very courteous and attentive to my needs. I had originally planned on leaving the truck and returning when it was completed. I changed my mind when she informed me the service would only take 45 mins. to 1 hour to complete. Indeed, it was completed in under 1 hour. I was very pleased to be informed the service was covered under my warranty and I was zero dollars out of pocket. All in all Michelle and the whole crew were a delight to deal with. Very very pleased!

I got a good vehicle for a reasonable price with good assistance from a great salesmen named Chuck. He definitely cared about meeting your needs and was good at paying attention considering he got me the car I was looking for based on my description of the price and type of vehicle preferred. It’s also good to note that when I was waiting for him to do my paper work I was given free water/coffee alongside snacks which made the experience overall much better. So based on the time I spent at the dealership and how my needs were met through Chuck I am deciding to leave a 5 star review. I can not vouch for the other staff being so good but I can only imagine they are.

We had a great experience with this dealership. Our sales consultant was Ty Chapman. He made shopping for a used truck easy and enjoyable by asking a few questions then really listening to what we wanted. Paperwork process was quick and simple. Thanks to the whole crew!
