Ok time to eat crow. Initially I posted a low rating due to they just got a truck in and it was dirty. Impatience was on my part so the negative review was unwarranted. We went in today at my husband's insistence and Jermaine and Nic took amazing care of us. They made sure we got into vehicles that met our needs vs the vehicle I thought we wanted. Amazing patience and flexibility and couldn't recommend them more if you are looking for a vehicle. Every salesman we encountered was top of their game even when i was a tad bit grumpy because I am not a vehicle shopping kind of person. Definitely deserves the five stars and kudos.
My husband and I bought our new 2020 Chevy Trax from Tate at Denny Menholt Chevrolet. We had a great experience. He let us test drive the same style only a different color and we chose one that was within our budget and it was fantastic! I would've given 5 stars except for one thing....the text alert for the review said Hi Charlie! Etc.....and well. My name is not Charlie. I've already recommended our salesman to a few people. He was fantastic.
My sales rep, Jeremy, went out of his way to help me and wasn’t pushy at all. He answered all my questions and worked with his coworker to get a rate even lower than what my bank had offered me. Both were professional and courteous.

We love Barry Lafleur, he treats us fairly and does not push for his us into a purchase just to make a profit as it happens a lot on car lots.
