Oliver was very patient with us & super easy to be around. Never felt rushed or pushed into a decision. Have done business with Chris for over a decade, is always straight up & the reason we always come to Granite Nissan first.

Had an issue with antifreeze smell, walked in the service manager got me right in the shop, ended up being no problem I was in an out in less than 30 minutes great folks

They went above and beyond to get me back on the road when my car needed service while I was on vacation. Honestly I have waited longer with other dealerships service department when I had an appointment. And they did it with a short staff!!! I’m impressed and only wish I lived closer than 1100 miles away because I would never go anywhere else for anything to do with my car! Great Job and Big Thanks to Granite Nissan service!!!

Bought a vehicle here a year ago. Great experience. The sales team is top notch. Their service department however is a dumpster fire. After I bought my vehicle they said they couldn’t work on it cuz it was a dodge(it has a warranty through Nissan). I let it go, it was just a dummy light. Now a year later the truck has internal engine problems. I called repeatedly yesterday trying to reach the service department. Nothing. I eventually had to just drop it off (once again salesmen saving the day) and he was super helpful and took my keys. Today I had the same issue. Called every hour for 4 hours trying to see if they’re gonna look at it or can get me a loaner. Guy finally answers and says they don’t have any but he’ll call me back. I have to work in 45min and haven’t heard a word. What a joke!
