Update: 3 1/2 years later:nJust stopped in this past weekend and bought 2 certified vehicles. You can't find this overall exceptional experience anywhere else! Ken found the car my wife really wanted (which wasn't even on their lot) and drove to Beavercreek to get it. That is because Hyundai North can sell any car to you that is on a Superior Cars lot! I was so happy with the service and the rates, I traded in a second vehicle a day later, all on the same credit app so as not to ding me again!nnLove these guys!n----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------nnAbsolutely 5 stars!!! I purchased two cars in three months from Matt at Superior Hyundai North and I couldn't have been more thrilled. If you are planning on getting a car GET IT HERE! These guys make it happen! No problems No hassle. They are ready only when you're ready. So take your time and when you're ready they will be there to provide the best help you can get.

I had a factory recall on my 2019 Tuscon. The service department at Superior extended a friendly greeting. I was told an hour and a half wait. It was that exactly. The waiting area was Covid friendly and the staff acted accordingly. My sales rep, Jason Markley, was handy just to stop and talk. Good experience!

I am not spoiled or picky, but the experience we had at this place is something else! After scheduling appointments we had to wait hours, parts where forgotten, repairs fell apart.. and not even a single apology..
