What a great experience! I had been speaking with Bianca for the last 2 weeks on a new car. She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and kind. It was so nice to have a car buying experience that left a positive impact. She listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to convince me on something else. She took the time to ask questions about me and was genuine, not just to trying to make money. She took the time to go through all the features of the car before we left, which was over and above. To top it off she put a bow on the car when we came back to pick it up. I loved it, but the best part of the bow was the color. She had taken the time to listen to me during the day and said I thought you would like the pink over the red. That is customer service, a simple thought ended my day perfectly. Today was simple, easy and enjoyable! I wish there was more people like her in customer service!

Bianca, Miguel, and Travis went out of their way to help us get into our new Kia! We would definitely recommend our friends and family to do business with them and will be back for more. Thank you Bianca for being so attentive to me and my family and making sure we were comfortable throughout the whole process. We love our Kia Forte!!

Highly recommend Bianca at Jeff Wyler Kia. We called ahead to see if the had the model we were interested in and she made sure the car was ready to test drive when we arrived, so we didn’t have to wait. She was very knowledgeable about the car, taking time to show the added features as well during the test drive. After purchasing, the car was not ready to drive home until the service department finalized setting it up. On Monday, Bianca drove the car 40 minutes away to our house in the evening. She then took time to go through all the setup on the car, making sure that I knew how to work all the functions. We appreciate all her help and highly recommend seeing her!nThanks Bianca!!!

I want to give a big shout out to Kevin for his level of professionalism I work for a business that also requires special talent and a good attitude and Kevin really did a wonderful job He presented the vehicle as it should have been. He was courteous He made a follow-up phone call and offered to fill the gas tank of our vehicle!! Now that's customer service! Another big thing was their pulse technology they had installed on our vehicle which comes standard from them, It shows that safety is a big concern to them as well again thank you Kevin If I could give you more stars I would!

William Lyles, car salesman at Jeff Wyler Fairfield is the greatest, I have purchased 2 cars from him in the past 4-5 years (one for me and one for my daughter), and he put me in a brand new Kia K5 this past weekend. He will definitely get you what you want, and goes above and beyond. I have sent another family member to him as well and she was also put in a brand new car. Most of the process was done over the phone, I told him what I was looking for and he got me something even better; all I had to do was come to the lot, test drive, and sign the paperwork. Go see Will!! You won’t be disappointed.
