The systems you have in place coupled with the friendliness of your staff makes taking our car there extremely pleasant. In fact, our 11 year old is convinced that he wants to own a dealership one day with Nissan North as his gold standard. Thank you for your great service and being inspiration to my son.

I bought a Nissan Rogue here three years ago and my experience here was excellent. Working with Jon Gray on financing was also a great experience. Even earlier this year, after moving to Texas, I refinanced my auto loan and got a prorated refund on my gap insurance and vehicle warranty really easily.nnThey sent it out to me in Texas in a timely manner, which is a rare compliment considering most dealerships are not too great at refunding you on these things so easily, especially in the middle of a pandemic. I highly recommend Nissan North to anyone living in the Columbus area.

This is my third vehicle purchased or maintained through Nissan North. At all times, their staff have been great. I worked this time with Greg Arnett. Greg was easy to work with, talk with, and helped me find the vehicle that fit my needs at the payment I needed it to be at. He talked me through the different trim lines and associated options, and I was able to find the vehicle that I wanted. Greg helped me to find a couple accessories I needed too (running boards, all weather mats) as well. Greg was knowledgeable, personable, and helpful, and not overbearing or aggressive at all. I appreciated his kind demeanor throughout the sale.
