Took several phone calls just to get her to respond. Finally set up an appt. for us to come in and fill out the paperwork and she never showed up. We drove 20 min to meet her and she wouldn’t even answer the phone or return a text to let us know she wasn’t going to make it! Unless there was an emergency where she couldn’t call, I can’t think of a reason anyone would be this inconsiderate!
Great storage units and priced better than others!
Can’t get anyone to return my call. Would love to be able to store stuff close to home.
