After having a bad experience with another storage facility who stood us up and wouldn’t return our calls, it was so refreshing to have a quick response and excellent customer service! We are going further away for storage than we had hoped, but Mark was so accommodating and organized that it’s worth the mileage!!!
I have been really impressed with my storage. Clean and well maintained. Mark, the owner, is there regularly doing maintenance, and he is extremely helpful.
They are great renters! They are quick to respond to calls and texts, and are always able to answer any questions you might have. They are super friendly and helpful. They have a variety of unit sizes and they have really affordable prices. If you are looking for a storage unit, this is a great place to go!
We have never had a problem with the company but on occasion you may get locked in by other tenants and the other tenants sometimes leave the gate open but they aren't supposed to but they have security cameras the storage units are fair priced payed monthly also p.s owner my mom was saying that I know it's a big ask but maybe put a porta potty up on the property so we don't have to leave to use the bathroom
