This is the slowest Jimmy John's I have ever ordered from! The past two times I ordered from there (Most recently yesterday) the order has taken well over an hour to get to my home! Yesterday I ordered at 12:20pm and didn't receive my order until almost 1:30pm. The previous time, I ordered ahead of time and scheduled for 11:30 and didn't receive my order until almost 12:45.nI have reported these issues on the website and both times have been told that the actual restaurant would reach out to me but they never do.nIf you're wanting to order lunch and expect the usual speedy service Jimmy John's is known for, do not order from this location. You will be extremely disappointed in not only the service but the food as well.

These guys have issues following online orders and keeping the place clean. Last time I was hereI had to look for a table that did not have food and crumbs on it. This time every table had food and crumbs on it. I always order my sandwich to be cut it is almost always never cut. Nice people, just seemingly unaware. I think maybe the manager is a really REALLY nice guy and probably doesn't make others do their job. He seems like a one man show.

Fresh food and good service after my review of four stars the manager responded and thanked me for the good review because he did that I give five stars it's nice to see that someone in this world cares about what they do.

Order a sub at 12:57 order was received at 1:00 food wasn’t delivered till 2:23 location is 10mins from my door. Called and talked to employee said “we are sorry who ever closed last night messed up the bread for the day”. I’m sorry that is not my problem, an hour and a half to deliver a cold cut sub is ridiculous. If you can’t run a business with efficiency then you should have never opened your doors. This location is never busy in my experiences with this location. Furthermore after opening my order the bread is severely over cooked.
