Usually I would say that this is a great pizza place. However I am not satisfied with the service today. I ordered a pizza around 7:30 p.m. and it said it would be delivered around 8:22 p.m. At 8:40 p.m. I called the store to find out what was going on with my delivery. The manager I spoke to said your foods on the way. When I got off the phone I received a text about a door - driver who would be delivering my food. I waited until 9 o'clock because I figured I only live about 10 minutes away it should be here shortly. So at 9 o'clock I called the door - driver who then proceeded to tell me that he hadn't even made it to the store yet to pick up my food. It is now almost 910 my food is still not here but at least the driver is on the way. I am disappointed that the manager lied and said it was on the way when it hadn't even left the store.

People in the restaurant not using proper PPE equipment correctly wile preparing the food, face masks should be over mouth and nose.

Delicious as usual. I've had jets pizza in wisconsin Ohio and Michigan all locations were awesome. Detroit pizza is the best pan style pizza or there. The jalapeno and bacon cheese stix are the bomb to. The guy that took my delivery over the place phone was really nice and so was the delivery driver. If you are wondering what pizza place to order from look no further just order jet's.

So we got 2 pizzas and jets boat, cookie desert. The boat was good and the cookie was good but the pizzas with extra cheese was light on cheese and was very greasy it didn't make sense at all and seemed like it was sitting out for a long time. Won't be going to order there any time soon.
