The service is terrible. They have messed up my order for the last time. 3 strikes and your out. Not to mention they were running a 3 topping special for$10, but according to them extra cheese is not a topping and they charged me 2.76 for extra.
My son and I waited for 10 minutes till a rep came to assist us with our pick up order (We placed the order for pick up b/c we ordered a movie from redox which was right next door). After we got someone to assist us he did not seem to want to help, just wanted to get us on our way.
I had the worst experience with this particular location. There was a African-American girl that answer the phone she did not give her name when I call she doesn't know how to work the computers then when I call back and ask to speak to a manager she left me on hold for very long time she refused to give the phone to the manager so that I could complain to the manager and let them know how their staff was working. I will never eat or go to this restaurant again due to that in particular employee. Also I felt very disrespected I will not spend a penny here because of that employee I have always eaten at this particular Pizza Hut however after that experience I will never do it again it's sad to see how Pickerington is going down due to poor leadership.
Probably the best thin crust pizza I ever had perfect cracker crust great contrasting flavors with sausage and chicken also with the red onion and jalapenos just a bit of a bite delicious
Always good pizza! My #1 local pizza place in pickerington.
