Will not let anyone cancel as well as never tell anyone the cancel policies. These people are scammers not to mention during the time covid started and the whole state was under lockdown they continued taking money out which caused my family to suffer.

Very nice and clean place to get a good work out with updated equipment friendly people.
Terrible customer service and would not recommend. Once you sign the contract there is no way to get out regardless of the situation. (job loss, financial hardship, health, etc.) they have no respect for their customers, when they have life altering events. Big mistake!!!
