If looking for a good and friendly place to get a vehicle the Beford team was great they treated me kindly and although i didn't come out with exactly what i want. I still got a good Vehicle that was nice and reliable. I do want to name a few names. Daryl Saunders, Toni Alsop and Tyler Rowe where the people that took care of me and where understanding with me for buying my first car off a lot and they where friendly and quick about the process also i didn't feel stressed about the process either. Thumbs up for Beford Ford.

I have never had a problem here with service, they are up front with any issues they find with my car and will fix them right there or try to get me back as soon as possible. The service department are always nice and helpful. I recently purchased a new car with them as well and sales team area great group of people.

Best car buying experience I have ever had hands down a big shout out to Tom Jenkins and Trey Jenkins and Daryl and Missy who made my car buying experience wonderful. If you have questionable credit or problems with your credit don't go to a buy here pay here first come here and buy from a legitimate dealership these people will work for you and do the best they can to sell you a reliable and affordable vehicle.

Our service experience was great at Beford Ford! We dropped the car off and it was completed on time. Our extended warranty covered the service completely and the staff was friendly and professional. We recommend Beford Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or service their existing one.

Very lazy service manager,was told it would take 40 minutes for a oil change. One guy working on two cars while the service manager and another service technician was talking for almost the whole time while one technician was working on my vehicle plus another vehicle 1 hour and 20 minutes later they pulled both vehicle out that the one service guy worked on. The service manager and also the sales manager were very rude they definitely need to work on there people skills!!
