I was in the market for a new ram truck and had visited several dealerships and even test drove one before going to Doug marines. I bought a 2011 compass from heather Williams at that time so I decided to contact her. Heather said they did not have what I wanted but could do a national search to find what I wanted. Heather also suggested some upgrades, I am thankful now that I listened to her because these upgrades made all the difference in the world . Heather worked hours Avon hours to make this deal happen and should be recognized for her outstanding customer service. What an amazing place. The first thing I like about them the most is if you shop and compare prices on the Internet or on eBay they match or are lower than eBay and you don't have to wait around a week for your parts to show up if something's wrong you get to return it right away.nNow the second part is the staff one kid named Shawn went above and beyond actually had to call 2 times because I had to make sure I had all my parts on one order this kid remembered my name he remembered all the previous parts that I ordered he got everything 100% right and remembered to call me the next day when everything was ready you can't find that anymore. When I did my orders this gentleman was able to look up all Seven parts that I needed within minutes saving me time over the phone and every single item was correct.nNormally I try to find stuff online to save costs with Douglas marine it's not needed and you get your parts the same day and you get knowledgeable people that get it right and that is so important when it comes to working on your boat on the weekends . Most of us don't have time for an online screw up or else you lose a weekend on the water. I will never buy my parts anywhere else except with these guys I give them an A ++++ rating .Again I want to mention thanks to Shawn I will be shopping there from now on.
