Took my daughter to get her hair trimmed and Susan was great with my daughter! She was very nice and talked my daughter through her hair wash and hair cut! Very friendly
The lady who did my sons hair was nice but she had no hair cutting skills whatsoever. The fade was choppy and lopsided. She lined up his forehead and that also was crooked.
They're having a tough time keeping staff right now, resulting in unpublished restricted hours and long wait times. They're working to fix it, but it's from the bottom up and not happening quickly.
NOT JUST MILITARY HAIRCUTS... For family members who do not want the military style haircuts there is one female that works there that is very good at doing whatever is asked.
