I understand about covid, but our plans were severely altered because we had reservations and they were canceled. I could still access the base for doctor appointment and commissary but can't stay in my own RV? It was solely the Base Commander's decision. All of the other campgrounds that I had to pay dearly for were open. You really messed alot of people up on this one.
VERY Disappointed that we won't be able to stay here. We're an old retired couple traveling with my even older mother. Hard to afford $50+ a night to sleep in your own RV. There goes more of our EARNED retirement benefits. Why is the Base Commander bending down to politics. We travel at our own risk, and should be able to breathe free air. Sorry, but this has gotten ridiculous.
Clean and a decent deal 10$ per night off season. Not a lot of trees or wind breaks so if the wind picked up it would be chilly.
Extremely well kept RV park. Very quite. Easy to get big rigs in and out. Will visit again if in Rapid City SD again. Thanks for a great stay.
Real nice RV Park for qualifying military.nHave met real nice couples since our arrival. Definitely recommend this FamCamp.
