Nice place.. very friendly and helpful,we rented a pontoon boat it was nice,new, and clean. Prices were reasonable. On a nice lake with clear water. I would recommend this place for sure !
We stayed at the Pleasant Bay Retreat (right next door) and rented a pontoon boat for the day in June, 2020. The staff was easy to work with and the boat was clean and ran well. We had an EXCELLENT time cruising up and down Keuka Lake and hanging out in inner tubes all afternoon.nnThe manager even let us park at our own dock and retrieved the boat in the morning. Great place!nnDefinitely recommended!

We rented and reserved a boat two weeks in advance and when we showed up they had no boats. They had absolutely no explanation as to why they had no boats, they were unapologetic, and took no responsibility. They were unprofessional and unhelpful. I would definitely not recommend.
Great service, very friendly, very helpful, the boat was in great shape. We plan to be repeat customers as often as possible!
