Jen Nally is an old family friend, I trust her with my hair ALWAYS! She took her time, gave really great after care advise and told me what was best for my hair so I didn't fry it with dyes and bleach! She did a beautiful deep purple fade to fuchsia and the price was fair! I do have a lot of hair so I was expecting higher than $200 of course, but she made it all worth it. She loves doing crazy colors so please, if you're going to go here and want some POPPIN' colors, ask for Jen N!!!! The other ladies in there were soooo so nice as well! A few kept commenting on my hair and making me feel so confident in my new look! You feel so important when you walk in.
My experience was AMAZING!!! My hair hasn't looked this good or felt so good in a really long time!! Thank you to all the staff who was so nice and welcoming. And of course, So grateful to my awesome stylist Jennifer!! I highly recommend Michael Robert's salon!!!!

Silvia is amazing! One of the best hair stylists I have ever dealt with. If I could rate HER and the girls (and guys) they would all get 20 stars. I’m giving the actual salon a 3 star rating because the front desk lady- I believe her name was Sharon was one of the absolute rudest people I have ever met. She was really snobby and bossy to all the girls and I watched her place people on hold on the phone so she could continue gossiping with whoever was standing back behind the desk. Extremely unprofessional, and just rude. My hair barely comes past my shoulders and it’s not super thick or anything, it was $250 for my service. Again, Silvia did such an awesome job and I will pay for quality, but just be forewarned the rate for highlights is $155 (and up) so if you have long hair (which I do not) you’ll be paying a lot. With the prices high and I’m still really confused why I had to pay extra for the washing out of the highlights and drying my hair. I’m not from New York, but every other place I have ever been it’s part of the service of getting your hair colored- THEY WASH IT OUT and blow dry your hair. At this place that is extra.... so, I’m unsure of that. I will come back because Silvia is amazing. That’s the only reason.
