I am a male crossdresser and I love shopping at Torrid. I love the clothes they have there and the sales staff are too notch.I love the fact that Torrid is crossdresser friendly. Torrid is my go to store.

Had the best person help me pick out a birthday outfit. She was wonderful. Definitely made me come back just for the customer service.

I am updating my review. I received my first and only bill from Torrid. I paid my bill in full. Torrid sent me a bill for 33 & change claiming my payment was recieved on 12/2 & it was due on 12/1. I can't tell you why the payment was one day late, I can tell you it was mailed in sufficient time. I can also tell you I told them to close my account. I'm not dealing with this. First bill that was paid in full due to one day, good bye.....nI took my granddaughter here for a little shopping spree lol. The sales person was excellent and made my granddaughter feel very comfortable. The slection of clothes and their prices were good. I didn't find anything for myself as I am a tee shirt kind of person and they did not have what I like, but my granddaughter was totally satisfied.
