Hands down, my most favorite car dealership experience. Justin is the super MVP for putting up with me every step of the way from walking in dead set on wanting one car to eventually walking out with a completely different one. Amazing experience! I came in looking for a low mileage car in my budget range for my first car. Justin Fisher was the wonderful man who helped me. He found me a car within 5 minutes of being there. I saw the car the next day and fell in love with it. I definitely recommend coming in and checking out what Volkswagen has. You will definitely find something for the whole family. 10/10 Definitely recommend best dealership there is. I’ve been to other dealerships and never achieved what I got here at Mohegan Lake Volkswagen.

Ted in sales was great! He made the buying process so quick and easy. Easiest car transaction we’ve ever made. The covid protocols when signing all of the paperwork was also very impressive. Felt very safe there.
I went to Mohegan Lake VW to service my car. They not only did the servicing but they also did an inspection and fixed my recall free of charge along with slightly washing the car. They even sent a video of the technician going through the car with you as if you are there with the technician which is a huge plus and definitely builds more trust between the customers and the technicians.
