Easy and pleasant process of booking appointment, dropping off and picking up my car. My service advisor, Dale, kept me up to speed every step of the way and even helped accommodate additional requests after dropping off my car. I love the simple loaner car set up, which helps make getting automotive repairs done without relying on other to bring me to and from the dealership. The newly renovated space is lovely and the layout is streamlined for an excellent customer experience. Thanks to everyone at Mohegan Lake Audi!

This was the most stress free car buying experience of my life. The team at Mohegan Lake Audi went out of their way to understand my wants and needs. They went out of their way to find me rebates. I received higher value for my trade than I had expected and paid less for my car than I had seen on any site I had looked at. All of this while respecting safety protocols and getting me through the process in a quick and pressure free manner. A home run all around. I can’t recommend them high enough. They were not the closest Audi dealership but well worth the extra effort! I’d give them 10 stars if possible.

I bought my Audi from here a few years ago. If you have a warranty issue the service department does as little as they can to get rid of you and not fix the issue. I've had my car in 3 times for the Ad Blue indicator light coming on too soon. All they do is claim it works fine and reset the computer. The light is still coming on! I also had an oil leak which they tried to claim was normal wear and tear and there was nothing wrong. From doing some research we knew what was wrong, so they had to fix it. They had my car for 2 months and then took 3 weeks just to get paper work from them. I will never bring my car there again for service!nnUpdate: Not sure what was done to my car the two months they had it, but it leaks oil worse than it did before! Unreal!nnWhen I spoke with the Service Director, Scott Bender he was rude and hung up on me. No respect for their customers!

Very friendly and professional Service staff. Made an appointment and was in and out under an hour! Also, the newly renovated showroom looks perfect. Been an Audi owner for 16 years coming to this dealership and I love the much overdue updates!
