Best selection of trailers and I looked around a lot before coming to this place. I only took off 1 star because it took 4 hours to get a price for my trade-in. After that, everything was smooth sailing. Very satisfied and will do business again.
We were looking to trade campers from our RV to a travel trailer with more room for our family. After bad experience with Camping World, Jacks was our go to! Lance Kent helped us with the process and found exactly what we were looking for. Tried for a week to make an appointment to get my camper in for service. Made several phone calls. Left 2 messages for the service department to call me back so I could at least get a time. They never called back and on the 3rd call I was put on hold for 10 minutes . Service never did answer. Needless to say Im done with Jacks Campers. I called Camping World and got scheduled right away.
These people are amazing! My wife and I were traveling through the area and were struggling with our RV's hot water heater. The folks at Jack's got us right in and diagnosed the problem and replaced the part. We were on our way in a very short time. I can't say enough good things about Jim and Eric who were helpful and courteous. What a great place!!
We had a problem with our water pump., and I spoke to Jim in service and he instructed me to tap the pressure regulator ( a common issue ) and we were relieved that we could have a have a hot shower on our 4,000 mile round trip . It was very nice for him to take the time and speak to us to walk us thru the problem . We are replacing the Artis Factory pump that is 2 years old here in Pennsylvania after returning . . Not many people would take the time to walk us thru this issue without making money . If you are traveling thru Rapid City and have a issue , give Jack’s a call !
