I went to the store Tuesday Sept. 22nd. (11.26) to return something that I got for my Birthday from (host)family friends I barely know. There was one Lady st the Checkout (a little older) and one next to the checkout (younger and blonde hair)nFirst the (older) lady was nice but when she saw that I just wanted to Return something, she became so mean and unfriendly. She told me to give her the receipt, but i never got a receipt so i told her that, she said i have to give her the buyers name and the date of purchase, first of all i dont know the name and why the heck do you need the name?? 2nd how the heck do i know when somebody bought my birthday present?nShe said she cant make a return without it & starred at me, waiting for an answer. Then the nicer blonde lady said she would just give me a gift card.nGrumpy lady wasnt happy about it and the only thing she said was „give me your drivers license“ after that she started to ignore me lol. Didnt even give me the giftcard, instead she put it on counter, didnt even say bye .nIve never had such a bad experience here in Westchester.nThe receipt says Diana btw, not sure if that was her or her coworkers name.nnLittle note for you: I was shy in the store And didn’t really know what to say, and let you treat me like that.nBut I don’t let you treat me like that, thats Karma & thats what you deserve after treating me like ***** ud83dude18

How did Cornelia Callaghan got a job in service industry? I had a picture of the receipt and wanted to return an item that I bought and when I showed it to the sales person she acted like I pointed a gun at her. Said that she needs a paper receipt. Lady you have all the info there. you have a barcode and everything. What else do you need? Well I decided not to ruin my day, I left this store and went to the store at different location where I returned with no problem. Will never go back there and my advice for you all – avoid it.

Love the clothes. A little to overpriced.
