The rating I give this Walgreens in Palmyra New York is based on the performance of the pharmacys inability to not fill the prescription when it is called in. Example, i went to doctors and had them sent the script to the pharmacy at 9:09am . I told them to double check that it was sent,nbecause it is never filled when i get there. They went back in a checked and repeated the 9:09am time. (They did however also complain that it has been a problem, with this pharmacy.)nI arrived at 10:20am and the pharmacy says they have just now recieved it. I said how did you just receive it when it was sent to you at 9:09am. She said it will be about 10 minutes. No explanations. She seemed shocked i knew what time it was sent. I do not ever have this issue at any other pharmacy!!!!!

Awful pharmacy. They give me wrong dates of when my prescriptions are in as well as wrong costs. The texts I receive are pointless because when I receive a text that my prescription is in progress, they fail to tell me that I have to have it sent by mail and that my insurance doesn’t cover it. A staff member was also very rude with me on the phone. Horrible customer service. I will be changing pharmacy’s and I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I always have problems here.

When they don’t know answer to a question, they tell you that they will call you back but never do. Most incompetent pharmacists work here, unfortunately!

I have a few prescriptions that I pick up at the same time every month. Each time I have been there to pick them up they tell me they don’t have anything for me. Even though I got a call AND a text letting me know they are ready for pick up. They forget at least one of the 3 scripts every time. At least now I know to check that they are all there before I drive away. It didn’t seem to be this bad when it was Rite Aid.

Its never a good experience. They run out of meds which makes prescriptions late without notifying patients, they ignore the drive up window to cleave conversations, and just overall bad customer service.
